Aloha and welcome to Vista Waikoloa D-301.   We have a large 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit.  Vista Waiikoloa is the best built condo on the Kohala coast.  Concrete and steel construction mean quiet, peaceful, and safe.  Gated and secure as well.

Our unit is decorated with aloha in mind. Mealani Morgan, Hawaii Home Impressive, designed our unit and she just does it right.  It has a Hawaiian Plantation feel and comfort is felt from the leather sofa to the gel-filled mattress.  Teak and granite accent our dining area and our kitchen is stocked for the cook.  Rice maker, blender, coffee grinder, popcorn popper, waffle iron, etc.

We have two televisions, one 42" wall-mounted in the living room and one 36" flat-screen in the master bedroom.

The large lanai is exceptional with two entrances from the livingroom and the bedroom.  You can look out the pure glass railing at the gorgeous mountain and garden views.

Our condo is walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops, grocery store, Hilton Dolphin Quest, Marriott, Golf Course, and Starbucks.
