About Us

Hi. We are John and Trisha, the owners of Vista Waikoloa D-301. 


We purchased our Vista Waikoloa condo because of our love for the Big Island of Hawaii and we want to share our blessing with you.  My husband, John, works for the City of Seattle Fire Department and I am a Women's Ministry Director for Women's Explosion Ministry.  We are just two ordinary people with an extraordinary God who blessed us with our dream.  So come and enjoy this beautiful place some call paradise.  We invite you to stay in our condo and enjoy our blessing.  Our dear friend and designer, Mealani Morgan, Hawaii's Home M'Pressive, was our designer.  We know you will enjoy the feel of "Hawaii" that we wanted our condo to have.  Come to the Big Island of Hawaii and enjoy a vacation like none other.

Vista Waikoloa is centrally located by everything.  Shops, Golf, Beach, and Starbucks.  All are walking distance from our condo.  The Hilton Waikoloa Village with the Dolphin Quest is a 5 minute walk away.  The Kings and Queens shops are also 5 minutes away.  A Gourmet Grocery Store has just recently been added so you can walk to do your grocery shopping as well.  Costco, Walmart, and Kmart are all 30-40 minutes away.  All of the Kohala Beaches are a 15 minute drive away.
